Pancake Chef

I love pancakes, I can probably eat them everyday. I like to eat them hot off the grill with butter and maple syrup. Sometimes, I eat a few standing at the stove flipping them. I have a special recipe that involves Bisquick, TJ's multi-grain mix, lemon juice, and baking soda. It is awesome. I also used to prepare gluten free pancakes using garfava flour. I enjoy eating breakfast out, especially if it involves pancakes. Pancake Chef is one of my breakfast joints. It's no frills, family run, old-fashioned goodness. Nothing fancy, it has a cool vibe of a blue collar working class restaurant. The pancakes are of course, great as are the hash brown and sausages. They also have fresh squeezed OJ. I wish I can hang out here, eat pancakes, drink my coffee and leisurely read the Sunday paper, but I have my kids to tend to! It's located on Hwy 99, near SeaTac Airport.

They have great kids' meals too!
